A. No. As part of our added security and protection of your privacy we do not allow external links to be displayed in advertisements. Doing so helps support illegal spamming of our valued customers and is against our terms and conditions.
Q. Where do I Report Abuse and Inappropriate Content?
A. If you think someone is violating Terms and Conditions, please contact us immediately at: StopAbuse@DIYHomesellers.com. Note: If the content is an image uploaded to the user's image gallery, please indicate the Ad ID# associated with the inappropriate content. Q. How do I report an error?
A. Please contact us with a description of the error message you received and what you were doing or trying to do at the time you received the error. If an error occurs, you will be taken to an error report page where you can send an error report back to support for analysis.
Q. How do I delete/in-activate my advertisement?
A. Keep in mind, deleting your DIYHomesellers.com FSBO advertisement will PERMANENTLY REMOVE all of your profile and advertisement information from DIYHomesellers.com, including your photographs, advertisement attributes, house information, open houses, and all public contact information. This information cannot be restored. You may re-purchase another advertisement package plan with your current e-mail address after canceling, but you will need to rebuild your advertisement again.

If you wish to delete/in-activate your advertisement on DIYHomesellers.com perform the following steps:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Within your account page click on the change advertisement status icon.
  3. Change the status to 'Inactive'
  4. Click the 'Save' button.
Q. I can't log into my Account
A. Make sure that you are logging in with the correct username and password. If this does not work please perform the following checks:
  1. Request a reminder of your password or reset it here
  2. Clear your browser's cookies and temporary internet files and then try logging in again. Mac users should use Firefox or Safari for the best browsing results.
  3. DIYHomesellers.com may delete profiles and advertisements if they violate the site's Terms and Conditions. Make sure your profile was not deleted because of violations. You would have been notified in advance via email before an account was removed. Check your e-mail (the one you signed up with) to see if you received a notice from DIYHomesellers.com that your account has been frozen or deleted.

Keep copies of the e-mails and/or record phone conversations, if any. Block/Blacklist the user's e-mail address so they cannot contact you further; call your phone company, if necessary, to block the harrassing individual's phone number(s). Contact Customer Support regarding the issue. Make sure you include your username (email address) if sending from a different email account.
